A recent ranking of
the top statewide
WorkKeys®-based Career
Readiness Certificate
programs shows that the
top nine use KeyTrain
predominantly as their
curriculum and learning
software. The top
ranking programs, ranked
by number of
certificates issued and
rate of certificates
issued, are those from
the states of Michigan,
Indiana, Oklahoma, South
Carolina, North
Carolina, Louisiana,
Ohio, Georgia, and
Virginia. Citizens in
these states, and
others, can earn a
nationally recognized
career-ready credential
by taking ACT, Inc.’s
workplace readiness
tests called WorkKeys
assessments. Scoring at
various levels merit
either a bronze, silver,
or gold certificate that
is recognized by
companies across the
country. KeyTrain is the
prescriptive learning
software and curriculum
that is used to raise
skills for those who
fall short of their
goals.
“KeyTrain is a
helpful partner in our
efforts for many
reasons, including their
focus on producing
results.”, says Rachael
Jungblut, Program
Manager of the WIRED
WorkKeys Innovation in
West Michigan, “One of
the primary goals of our
National Career
Readiness Certificate
program is to raise the
skill level of
Michigan’s workforce and
KeyTrain has been the
overwhelming choice of
curriculum to make this
happen.”
